George Gager
CEO
George Gager is Chief Executive Officer of Eventus Claims Administrators, bringing extensive leadership experience across claims and underwriting. He has held senior managerial and director roles throughout North America and internationally, including the UK, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. George oversees Eventus’ strategic direction and operational performance, focused on building a market leading delegated claims platform.

Michael Wilhelm
Claims Director
Michael Wilhelm has over 10 years of insurance industry experience and holds multi state adjuster licenses. He brings deep expertise across property, casualty, and transportation claims and plays a key role supporting Eventus’ claims operations and adjusting teams. Michael works closely with leadership to support technical oversight and operational development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance and business administration from the University of Central Arkansas.

Jay Voelpel
Operations Director
With deep roots in claims and a passion for exceptional service, Jay leads our Delegated Authority division with one goal in mind: doing things right, from the start. As Executive Vice President – Head of Delegated Authority, he’s focused on creating proactive, transparent, and customer-first claims experiences that deliver on every promise. A second-generation adjuster and proud holder of CPCU, AIC, AINS, and AIS designations, Jay believes you earn trust through action, not intention. When he’s not building out best-in-class programs, Jay is likely traveling in search of live music — or tackling a hands-on home project involving woodworking or cars.

Scott Cody
Technical Director
Scott Cody has over 30 years of insurance industry experience, specializing in commercial trucking, cargo, and heavy equipment claims. A licensed adjuster and member of the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council (NTHECC), Scott has extensive background in ethics, litigation management, bodily injury, bad faith, and complex property and casualty claims. At Eventus, he leads internal technical and operational training while supporting senior management across the business. Scott is widely respected throughout the North American claims market.

Head of Claims
Greg Gasaway serves as Head of Claims at Eventus Claims Administrators, bringing more than 40 years of multi‑line claims experience. A licensed adjuster and appraiser, Greg has spent his career handling complex claims for leading North American third‑party administrators. He is highly respected within the industry for his technical knowledge, leadership, and practical approach to claims resolution.

By streamlining day-to-day operations and driving efficiency, I aim to strengthen outcomes for our clients and support Eventus’ commitment to delivering responsive, results-driven claims management solutions.

Manager
As Manager of Eventus Claims, Carla is focused on our company’s growth and instilling our values and approach throughout the organization. She believes in leading with empathy, and spends her days talking through problems with people, helping them come up with solutions, and making sure they have the resources and tools they need to succeed.
In 2020, Carla was selected to be on the American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Council, and in 2023 she officially joined CHIEF. “I’m most inspired by people. Kyle was born and raised in Arkansas. He attended the University of Central Arkansas, where after graduation, he met his wife MacKenzie. Kyle and MacKenzie now live in Kansas City with their son and two dogs. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, attending concerts, and spending time with family.

Gary Lambertus
Technical Appraiser
Gary Lambertus is an experienced transportation claims professional with more than 25 years in risk management and insurance adjusting. Gary has served in a number of senior leadership roles throughout his career and brings extensive experience in claims handling and transportation risk management. Gary holds adjuster licenses in 11 states and has a considerable background in both field and desk operations. At Eventus, Gary will be primarily responsible for the management and control of all field assignments whilst supporting the whole team generally with his technical expertise.
